(Malaysia) and (hereinafter collectively referred to as "we" or "Service Provider") is the service provider of this Game Flier’s Games service (the “Service”) under the Game Flier.com.my, Ragnarok Online (RO) , Justice Xwar 2 (JX2), TSonline (TS), Ghost Online (GO), iPoint, iBay and/or affiliate branding on behalf of our affiliated companies ("Affiliate").

WHAT PERSONALLY IDENTIFYING INFORMATION DO WE COLLECT?
Game Flier collects personal information when you register with Game Flier, when you register for and use Game Flier products, such as gameflier.com.my service, or other Game Flier products and services, visit Game Flier pages or the pages of certain Game Flier partners and affiliated companies, and when you enter certain promotions or sweepstakes. Game Flier may combine information about you that we have with information we obtain from business partners and/or other companies.

CHILDREN UNDER THE AGE OF 13
Game Flier will not knowingly collect personally identifying information from any person aged 13 and under. The technology used to power the Games on Demand service collects session information when you use a game/software application and transmits it to our servers. This information includes, for example, what title was played, how long it was played, pre-caching time, total caching time, amount of data downloaded, date of play, time of play, the type of play license that was used, machine ID, and error information on any technical problems which occurred. This information is used to provide you with customer support, license renewals, and machine limited licenses, time based billing, and to enable us to provide the game publishers with royalty calculations. Your session information may be aggregated with the session information of other users to provide statistical reports to licensors of the applications and other third parties. No personally identifying information will be disclosed to any third party.

COMMUNICATIONS FROM GAME FLIER
You may elect to receive our Newsletter and other communications from Game Flier and affiliate companies. If you would like to change your preferences with regard to receiving the newsletter, you may unsubscribe using the unsubscribe link on the newsletter.

CHAT ROOMS/FORUMS
From time to time, Game Flier may provide online chat rooms and/or forums to users.
